Founded in July 2015 by Dr.-Ing. Andreas and Florian Eppinger, Eppinger Engineering Solutions GmbH (EES) combines more than 60 years of practical experience in the field of product development, innovation processes and CRM projects among its three employees.

Managing partner – loves the new
Bachelor in biochemistry: check. So: what is’s new? Preferably as a founder to take his own destiny into his own hands. So in 2015, the opportunity was seized and Eppinger Engineering Solutions GmbH was founded with his father.
During the co-development of the EES HiFISH® and Sk@tch® he quickly gained methodological knowledge in process development and project management. He immediately put this knowledge to use in new Experience in combit cRM projects for companies in the personnel services, real estate, medical and event industries.
Parallel to this, partner networks and cooperations were formed. Because in networks you always learn something new and it is easiest to keep up to date. And there are still a number of new product ideas…

Dr. Andreas Eppinger
Shareholder – loves the common way to the goal
The customer is happy. Then Andreas is too. He enjoys his work most when, at the end of the day, everyone involved is sure that they have found and implemented the best possible solution for the customer.
The enjoyment of analysis and the development of solution strategies have led him over 35 years from the role of business unit management for test and inspection systems and management for driver information systems to the position of Chief Technology Officer in the automotive supply industry. With the establishment and internationalization of a startup as well as the development of mechatronics products and tools, Andreas has proven for many years that he can not only strategically plan paths, but also successfully lead teams along them.
In 2015, the path has led him back to computer science. Here, the experience gained is implemented in his own project management software. And the broad technical knowledge helps the experienced moderator to do the right thing in Sk@tch® projects together with our customers.

Even during my studies of history, political science and economics, the question was: How is this connected? Why does it happen that way? How do you make it better?
The following 18 years in were about the same issues in the automotive supply industry. The contexts there: project management, internal communication, knowledge management, strategic planning, roadmapping, competitive analysis, innovation and technology management. And everywhere again and again also the development for Processes and software solutionsto facilitate the work of colleagues.
Since 2015, Carsten's experience in project management and software development has been applied for our customers. And in Sk@tch® projects, the red threads are spun through solution concepts.
